About

Croft Design is owned and run by Brendon and Julie Quinn. They started the business in 1992 at their home in Much Wenlock, Shropshire. They moved the business to the Bull Ring, in Much Wenlock in 1995. In 2012 the business moved to Barrow Street and finally to its current home 22 Barrow Street.

 

Croft Design aim to offer high quality and unique design in the service of the church, through experience and reverence of what has gone before and also the embracing of contemporary ideas and technologies.

Brendon

Brendon is the managing director and deals with the day to day running of the company.

 

He is actively involved in the life of Much Wenlock Parish Church, where he has served twice as Churchwarden and is currently Director of Music. He studied music at Birmingham University gaining an honours degree in music with an emphasis on composition of church music. He was awarded the Archbishops certificate in church music in 1995.

 

Brendon has many roles in the business, Swiss, Bacon, Sausage - making tea is not one of them!!

Julie

Julie is the artistic director and oversees the manufacturing side of the company.

 

She is also a very active member of Much Wenlock Parish Church, singing in the choir.

Clare 

Clare is our sewing room main seamstress, making many of the cassocks and surplices that we supply.

 

Unlike the rest of the staff members, she is nothing to do with the Church Choir, partly to do with her voice !! however if there is ever an opening for a proficient whistler, she'll be first in line !!. 

 

She is a keen athlete and can often be seen exercising at the Miners Arms!!
